This spring, team members from ICC Community Development and General Code came together at the Laserfiche Empower 2026 conference under the shared banner of ICC Innovation, highlighting the growing collaboration and connected solutions helping local governments work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

The annual Laserfiche Empower conference brought together municipal leaders, technology professionals, and digital transformation experts from across the country to explore new strategies for improving government operations, streamlining workflows, and enhancing service delivery for communities.

For the ICC Innovation teams, the event provided an opportunity to connect directly with municipal professionals, exchange ideas with industry peers, and demonstrate how integrated digital solutions can support communities at every stage of their modernization journey.

A major highlight of the conference was celebrating longtime client City of Tucson and its recognition as a recipient of the prestigious Run Smarter® Award.
